A cup of coffee beside my laptop, my fingers on the keyboard, ready to put words into this blog post. Closing my eyes, breathing in through my nose, and breathing out through my mouth and I repeated this three times. Looking at the screen and letting the words come through me and today's keywords are Lokahi Flows and Home.
The word Lokahi came to me like magic, it was when I tried to find a name for my business and I wanted a name that represented me and I thought of Happy Flows and the word Happy fits me because I am a happy person, a person that always finds something happy to do, to say, to create, etc. Anyways when I Googled Happy Flows the name was already taken and since I'm a person that wants to stand out and be the first with everything, I know it sounds crazy but that's who I am, it was coded in me eons ago. "lol"
I became a very sad flow because I wanted this name Happy Flows, my goodness, I have plans for Happy Flows, I have a big, huge plan for Happy Flows, Happy Flows, Happy Flows how can you be my Valentine I was thinking and my mind came with lots of great, genius suggestions.... Do you need it to be dot.com said my mind, why not dot. life, dot. me, dot. org.... Nooooooooo, screamed my mini mi (stands for inner-child created by me) and we all know when our inner-child is screaming NO, is a NO, NO, NO.
Then my mind came up with another brilliant idea, why not search for Happy Flows in another language so Google here I come and my best friend Google came up with Flujos felices in Spanish, Glada flöden in Swedish, and the search led me to another Big horrible scream from my mini mi with saying NO, NO, NO and I kind of understand my mini mi because some of the names that came up were like the worst horror names not even Stephen King most horror book can compare with.
So my mind came up with another fabulous idea, why don't I try searching in Latin or Hebrish, you know languages that are not so common and Google here I come again.... זרימות שמחות in Hebrish without pronouncement, Felix fluit in Latin, Счастливые потоки in Russian pronounced Schastlivyye potoki and guess who is screaming NO, NO, NO at me again. Yes, my mini mi was losing her mind at this point.
That was it, I shout out to the Universe, Ok, I get it - Happy Flows was not meant to be in my life and I raise from my chair to turn off my computer and do something creative somewhere else when a voice popped up with, Hey, who are you? What the heck, who am I? What is that supposed to mean? Does it mean who I stand for or what I believe in or what?
Well, I believe in that crap some souls out there say is bullshit, woo-woo stuff. I believe in Love-Peace and Understanding and I stand for Love - Unity - Balance - Harmony - Freedom - Peace - Co-creation.
I could see my mini mi jumping up and down with excitement and my dear heart was pumping faster, I was on the flow again, I could feel it, smell it, touch it and taste it at least almost taste it, I think my imagination went a bit overboard here. "lol".
The rest is history when your know your Why, the How becomes somehow easy to figure out. So I sat down again and start typing in Google search the word, Unity in the Hawaiian language, don't ask me why Hawaiian, is a knowing that I don't know how I know if you get what I mean. Lokahi pop-ups and my friend Google says it means unity - balance - harmony.
Lokahi Flows was born and represents who I AM - My home within myself full of Love - Balance - Harmony -Peace - Freedom that in turn reflects outside of me and unites me with the community that mirrors what I stand for back to me. I co-create with other souls and we flow together towards a brighter world.
